LTC Committees: Executive Committee

Executive Committee

The Executive Committee provides a collaborative effort of synergy and interaction within each LTC committee; to determine what programs and initiatives should be pursued by the LTC; and to ensure that all Board members actively provide their time, talent and treasure through participation in one or more LTC committees. Specifically, the EC duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Governance of all committees and Board members.
  • Establishes and defines all committees.
  • Provides for ongoing assessments of committees.
  • Establishes purpose and direction/strategies of each committee and benchmarks them to assure accountability and results.
  • Assists in getting sponsorships for all LTC events.
  • Helps plan Board meeting agendas and ensures all committees communicate and share synergy with each other.

The Executive Committee is made up of the 4 officers of the LTC along with each of the Committee Chairs.
