Stephen Sparough, Associate Parter, IBM, West Region Mr. Sparough has over 20 years combined industry and consulting experience as a result of his tenure in industry IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers. While working with IBM Corporate he designed IBM's approach for launching new businesses as well as the management of them once launched. His industry experience includes telecommunications, electronics, financial services, products, government and distribution. His functional experience covers market development, supply chain management, customer relationship management, human resources, IT strategy and engagement management. Mr. Sparough is currently responsible for managing the mid market client portfolio in Sillicon Valley, CA for IBM.
