Breaking the tragic pattern of dismal political performance in Louisiana is the mission of BrightVote, a political campaign strategy company based in New Orleans. BrightVote has released a program that turns the way politicians are elected upside down and is quickly recruiting candidates and potential candidates for the Louisiana State Legislature to adopt its model..
BrightVote's software will securely track the vote of any registered voter in a district and the BrightVote-assisted candidate will vote with the majority of those voters. The software intends to create a first-ever opportunity for direct communication with a legislator’s constituents.
