Presented to a teacher or instructor in the K-12 public or private, higher education institution, technical school or training company; must be an outstanding example of "Information Age Educator" using current technologies to educate, motivate and inspire students to develop careers in technology fields.

TECHNOLOGY PRODUCT OF THE YEAR
Presented for a product that (1) has a major mpact in significant markets, (2) has strong potential for sales growth beyond the region, and/or (3) has potential to be a "transforming technology" for future innovation.

BEST APPLICATION OF TECHNOLOGY
Presented to a company, educational, scientific, charitable institution, government agency or authority or individual that has creatively applied technology in a manner that results in a meaningful developmental improvement in the areas of process, practice, service and/or support for the betterment of the region or industry.
Paul Morton, Harbor Telematics, accepts the award for their custom-engineered hardware, wireless and unique system for cranes from Michael Olivier, Committee of 100, and also LTC Chairman
Presented to a company that has a revolutionary spirit. Based on a technology product or service that can be considered unusual, cutting edge or innovatiove; is unique in some way with the ability to distiniguish itself from others and can help the State economically and as a technology leader. The Coup d'Tech Award can be any technolgy implemented in any industry.
